Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month. Once your limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Increasing a limit applies a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Loss Limits
Cap the total amount you are willing to lose over a set period. When your net loss reaches the limit you have chosen, your account will be automatically blocked from placing further bets until the period resets.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be prompted to end your session. You can also request automatic logout when the session limit expires.
Reality Check Reminders
Opt in to periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and your net balance change for the session. Reminders can be set at 15-minute, 30-minute or 60-minute intervals.
Time-Out / Cooling-Off

05 / Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal commitment to stop gambling on the trackd platform for a defined minimum period. It is the strongest protective measure available and is recommended for players who feel that their gambling has become or is becoming a problem that they cannot manage through lighter controls such as deposit or time limits alone.
When you self-exclude from trackd, your account is immediately suspended. You will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or access any real-money game during the exclusion period.
