01 / General Terms

General Terms

trackd operates an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting including cricket and football, and associated promotional services. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The Company reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the trackd platform. Continued use of trackd services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the trackd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms will take precedence for the specific promotion in question, and these General Terms will govern all other matters.

All references to currency amounts in these Terms use the Bangladeshi Taka symbol ৳ or the abbreviation BDT. Amounts are presented in Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳500, ৳20,000). trackd does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

02 / Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the trackd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. trackd enforces strict KYC age verification on every account. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately with all associated balances forfeited.
• Location: You must be accessing the trackd platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under court-imposed restrictions on their financial affairs are not eligible to register.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the trackd platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion agreement with trackd or any other gambling operator. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will have their new account closed and any deposits returned where practicable.
• Own funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that belong to you. Using funds belonging to another person, including borrowed funds obtained specifically for gambling purposes, is a violation of these Terms.

trackd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

03 / Account Registration

Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on trackd, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete personal information. trackd does not accept registrations under pseudonyms, nicknames or any name other than your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a working email address. You must also choose a secure password that you do not use for any other online service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

If you discover or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the trackd support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. trackd will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. The Company cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security or your failure to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

trackd reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal. The Company also reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.

04 / Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits & Withdrawals

trackd processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported local payment methods listed below. The Company does not charge any transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through these methods. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently of trackd.

• bKash: Instant deposits; withdrawals processed in under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts during all hours of operation.
• Nagad: Instant deposits; sub-5-minute withdrawal processing for verified accounts. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Rocket: Instant deposits; standard withdrawal processing times apply. Rocket withdrawals may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods.
• Upay: Supported for deposits. Withdrawal availability subject to current platform configuration — check your account cashier for current status.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank direct transfers are supported for deposits and withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking business days to appear in your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in your account cashier and may vary based on your account verification level, payment method and current promotional status. trackd reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or any withdrawal made within 72 hours of a new payment method being added to your account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard security review. trackd will only process withdrawal payments to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified trackd account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a withdrawal cannot be processed due to a mismatch in name or account details, the funds will be returned to your trackd wallet balance and you will be contacted by the support team with guidance on providing acceptable withdrawal details.

trackd is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, mobile financial networks or banking institutions. In the event that a deposit does not appear in your trackd wallet within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, you should contact trackd support with your payment reference number so that the transaction can be investigated and credited manually if the payment is confirmed.

05 / Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by trackd — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• One bonus per player: Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per registered account and per household address. trackd reserves the right to decline bonus claims from accounts that share an IP address, device fingerprint or payment method with another account that has already claimed the same offer.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual bonus terms. Playing restricted games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted using bonus funds is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in the individual bonus terms. Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have a stated validity period from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that remain unused or unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse and fraud: trackd reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated multi-accounting, use of automated betting software, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.

Seasonal promotions — including offers tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Victory Day and other local events — are made available at the Company's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for seasonal promotions may require a minimum account activity level or deposit history as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

06 / User Obligations

User Obligations

As a registered player on the trackd platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of online gambling services, and to observe the following obligations at all times:

• Provide truthful, accurate and current personal information at registration and update your account details promptly whenever your circumstances change.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use the trackd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes, data harvesting, or any form of systematic exploitation is prohibited.
• Cooperate fully with any identity verification, source-of-funds or anti-money-laundering request made by the trackd compliance team within the timeframe specified in the request.
• Notify the trackd support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you believe your personal information has been compromised.
• Acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcome of games and sports events is not predictable. trackd does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager placed on its platform.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings — including deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming difficult to control.

07 / Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the trackd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, on the trackd platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting scheme or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful source. trackd complies fully with anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or tamper with any software, algorithm, RNG system or security measure forming part of the trackd platform.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening or using offensive language toward any trackd support agent, other player or any person associated with the Company in any communication channel including live chat, email or social media.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your trackd account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of wagering on your behalf.

Where trackd identifies prohibited conduct, the Company may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending bets and casino game rounds; withhold and forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings; recover from the account balance any funds obtained as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

trackd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy including the Responsible Gaming Policy and Privacy Policy.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC identity and age verification process within a reasonable period following a formal request from the compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming referral from a recognised support organisation.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login recorded. Inactive account balances are subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, or the full remaining balance where it falls below this amount, after a 30-day written notice period.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the trackd support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and a final security review. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which trackd holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the trackd complaints process should be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service. The Company's full complaints procedure is available from the trackd support team upon request.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The failure of trackd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
